CEREMONIAL MATCHA FOR BEAUTY
High quality ceremonial Japanese tea, Matcha has a thousand-year history, and its uses and properties are truly valid.
This type of tea is harvested in spring when its leaves are still small and concentrated in nutritional properties. The mother of Matcha is the plant called Tencha, these plants are covered by structures that shade the leaves to increase the level of chlorophyll and organoleptic properties. Its harvesting process is very particular and laborious, in fact the leaves of the ceremonial Matcha are harvested manually, after which a delicate steam drying is carried out, so that it is not invasive on the leaf, and finally the parts such as veins and stems which would be more bitter in flavour. The leaves are chopped using an ancient method through a granite stone which makes the tea into a very fine powder.
An important difference is that Matcha retains all its properties at the time of infusion, which is why we can drink the leaves in their entirety and their active ingredients, vice versa when we make an infusion of green tea leaves we discard them and lose many benefits .
Matcha is a tea that has a lot of theine and we recommend using a maximum of two cups per day
Please Note: If you have intolerances and/or allergies, read the ingredients carefully.
