Confirmation of receipt of an order and acceptance of the same

In the event that secret infusions is unable to fulfill an order received, it will promptly notify the Customer.
Any right of the customer to compensation for damages or compensation is excluded, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or things caused by the non-acceptance of an order.
Payment methods accepted

Shipping of products
Product shipments and deliveries can also be made to countries other than Italy, SMarino and Vatican CitySecret infusions, (after checking with your logistics partner), will ship the purchased products exclusively to the destination specified in an order.We do not accept shipments to post office boxes.
Secret infusions will ship the products ordered by the Customer, by courier, to the address indicated by the same, approximately within 72 working hours from the acceptance of the order.Delivery takes place in Italy generally within 4/5 working daysThe times indicated for the receipt of the goods are indicative.
Delivery costs, always charged to the customer, are charged on the basis of the rates indicated on the site during the payment procedure.
The recipient of the goods is responsible for paying the taxes and customs duties provided for by the legislation in force in the territory of destination of the productsFor deliveries outside Italy, if subject to opening and inspection of the products by the customs authorities, secret infusions cannot be held responsible in any way for tampering and/or damage to the product.
The courier is responsible for the deliverySecret infusions undertakes to collect any reports of non-delivery or delayed delivery of the products through the Customer Service and, if necessary, to assist the Customer in protecting their rights as required by law.
Customer acceptance of the product
Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately contested by putting a specific indication on the delivery document.By signing the courier's document, the Customer certifies the real external integrity of the product and the conformity of the delivery.
Any problems concerning the real physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 10 working days of delivery by sending an email to sales@secretinfusions.com
Right of withdrawal and return rules
In execution of the provisions of Legislative DecreeLgs21 February 2014, n.21 implementing Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the Customer can return the purchased product and obtain a refund of the purchase amount actually paidThe right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days of receipt of the product in the following ways:
1Before the expiry of the aforementioned term, the Customer sends a registered letter with return receipt to Onlyfor or by submitting another explicit declaration to that effect.The communication can be sent, within the same term, by e-mail to the address sales@decretinfusions.com
2The Customer is subsequently contacted by Secret infusions (or its logistics partner) to take charge of the return.
The return of the product must take place within 14 days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal.
The refund of the price paid for the purchase of the product excludes shipping costs.
In the event that the value of the products has suffered a decrease caused by handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products, (by way of example:damaged products, not properly or completely packaged, or in which certain parts are missing or have been damaged, such as components, elements, accessories, packaging materials, boxes, documentation and/or other objects), Secret infusions will reimburse the Customer the purchase sum less the value of said decreaseIn the event that the Customer sends back products beyond the aforementioned deadline or in the case of open and/or partially used products and which do not lend themselves to being returned, the right of withdrawal does not apply and secret infusions will return the Customer the purchased good by charging the shipping costs to the same.
With the aforementioned limitations, Secret infusions will reimburse the amount actually paid by the Customer within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal by means of a credit note on the original payment method used by the customer to complete the order being returned.
Current law and competent court
The sale of products and/or services takes place in the territory of the Italian State and is subject to the laws in force in the Italian RepublicThe competent court for the resolution of any dispute will be that provided for by the Italian legislation in force at the time of the conclusion of the contract.
